Robin Doenicke is an Australian living in Japan since 1996.  In the past 13 years, Robin's being training exclusively with Hatsumi Sensei and Nagato Shihan. He enthusiastically continues his training in Budo and encourages his martial colleague to bear in mind Takamastsu sensei's statement "I am not teaching you how to fight.  I am teaching you how to live!" Robin will be holding training in Newcastle and Sydney in February 2010.
Now married with a daughter Robin now lives in Shinagawa, Tokyo and directs an executive recruitment company. 
 
His interest in martial art, began at age 6 when he entered the Kyokushin Karate Dojo in Liverpool, England. Upon moving to Sydney in 1980, Robin began studying Kung Fu, Jinwu Koon Double Dragon Kung Fu and Kick Boxing.  
 
After several years moving from one art to another, Robin started with Andrew McDonald's Bujinkan Dojo in Sydney. He trained there for four years prior to moving to Japan.  

Saturday 6th February - The Sydney Seminar - Hunters Hill Dojo
All Saints Church - Corner of Ambrose and Ferry Streets - on Saturday 6th of February 10.30 - 5.30pm.
The dojo will be open from 10.00 am.
  
10.00 - 10.30    Set-up mats, arrivals, pay fees, etc
10.30 - 12.45    Morning training session
12.45 - 14.00    Lunch break
14.00 - 15.30    Afternoon session
15.30 - 16.00    Tea break
16.00 - 17.30    Afternoon session (continued)
17.30 - 18.00    Tidy up, etc

Cost $75.00

Saturday 13th February - Newcastle Seminar 
Training will be held at the "Impressions Room" inside The Wests Mayfield Club
Industrial Drive, Mayfield.

9.00 - 9.30        Arrivals, pay fees, etc
9.30 - 12.00      Morning training session
12.00 - 13.00    Lunch break
13.00 - 15.30    Afternoon session
15.30 - 16.00    Tidy up, etc

Cost $75.00

If you intend to come to both training sessions please advise when paying at the door.  $130.00
Please bring long and short weapons.  This years weapons theme is Tachi.
